Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club is a large planned community located off Cross Creek Boulevard in New Tampa situated between Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and Morris Bridge Road.  The community is home to over 866 single family Residences and approximately 154 townhomes, known as Nassau Pointe.

Heritage Isles homes are nestled in and around a beautiful 18 hole Championship golf course surrounded by ponds, lakes and natural cypress hammocks.
